Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates for construction and machinery-related roles via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Partner with client companies to understand their manpower requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from JD creation to offer rollout
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates across trades, operations, and management
