Jinkushal Industries Secures $5 Million Repeat Export Order for HexL 420X Backhoe Loaders

Nov 12, 2025

Jinkushal Industries Limited (JKIPL), India’s largest non-OEM exporter of construction and mining machinery, has secured a repeat export order worth USD 5 million (approximately ₹42 crore) from a long-standing customer in North America. The order, placed through its subsidiary Hexco Global FZCO, will supply 100 units of the company’s in-house brand HexL 420X Backhoe Loaders, reaffirming JKIPL’s growing reputation in the global construction equipment space.

This development is being seen as a significant milestone for JKIPL’s proprietary HexL brand, which has rapidly built recognition for performance, engineering quality, and durability. The repeat nature of the order adds strategic weight—it underscores deep customer trust and signals increasing global traction for Indian-built machinery. The order will be executed progressively over the next three years, with quarterly price alignments reflecting market trends and input cost movements, ensuring sustained competitiveness and financial balance.

For India’s construction equipment sector, the announcement represents more than a single commercial win. It exemplifies how Indian engineering and manufacturing are competing effectively on the world stage. JKIPL’s ability to attract repeat international orders demonstrates the maturing confidence of global B2B buyers in Indian industrial quality, design capabilities, and post-sales reliability. In an industry historically dominated by OEM giants from Europe, Japan, and the U.S., a domestic brand like HexL securing repeat orders is a notable achievement.

Anil Kumar Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Jinkushal Industries, commented that the repeat order reflects the strong validation of JKIPL’s in-house brand and its global credibility. He noted that the transaction not only reinforces customer confidence in the HexL 420X model but also strengthens the company’s export order book. Jain emphasized that the move aligns perfectly with JKIPL’s strategy of scaling up the HexL brand and expanding international operations. “With growing global demand for efficient and cost-effective construction equipment, JKIPL remains focused on driving sustainable, export-led growth through innovation, quality, and customer trust,” he said.

The HexL 420X Backhoe Loader, known for its efficient hydraulics, robust performance in varied terrains, and fuel economy, has become a key product in JKIPL’s portfolio. The model’s rising acceptance in markets like North America also reflects how design localization and long-term service reliability can help Indian manufacturers gain ground internationally.

Industry observers suggest that such export orders could pave the way for more consistent engagement of Indian companies in the high-value construction machinery segment globally. As infrastructure modernization gathers pace across continents, cost-competitive and high-quality alternatives like HexL are becoming increasingly attractive for fleet owners and project operators.

For JKIPL, this repeat export order serves as both recognition and reinforcement—a signal that its international expansion strategy is working, and that Indian engineering excellence continues to find strong global validation.
