The Shriram ZLP-500 Suspended Platform is a reliable and durable access solution for mid-to-high-rise building maintenance, façade work, and exterior finishing. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized M.S. steel, this 5-meter modular platform supports a maximum working height of 100 meters and a load capacity of 500 kg. Powered by two 1.1 kW motors (AC 415V, 3-phase), it operates smoothly at a lifting speed of 9–11 m/min, making it ideal for glass fitting, wall painting, plastering, and inspection jobs. The platform includes tilt-proof safety locks, 4 high-strength 9.1 mm wire ropes (breaking force 74 kN), and a telescopic suspension mechanism adjustable from 1.15 m to 1.75 m. With a total weight of approx. 1650 kg, the ZLP-500 ensures operator safety, efficiency, and easy installation across multiple vertical applications.
