The Shriram ZLP-800 Steel Suspended Platform is a robust and modular access system designed for high-rise building maintenance, façade work, and construction applications. With a maximum working height of 100 meters and a recommended height of 70 meters, it ensures safe and efficient vertical access. The platform is constructed from M.S. steel with hot-dip galvanization and offers a load capacity of 800 kg, making it ideal for heavy-duty tasks. Powered by two 1.8 kW motors (AC 415V, 3-phase) and supported by four 9.1 mm wire ropes with 74 kN breaking force, it delivers reliable performance at 9–11 m/min lifting speed. The platform’s adjustable front beam, counterweight system, and safety lock mechanism provide excellent flexibility and operator safety for jobs like plastering, glass installation, and painting at heights.
